Basics About My Project

• In any organization, different targets are assigned to different employees at different levels. The top management is always interested in monitoring the progress of the targets being achieved by the employees. This task is done manually in excel sheets.
• It is a very difficult task to monitor the progress of the targets assigned to the employees manually.
• So Here I will create that type of Software that will help the top level management to monitor their employees Progress and targets.
